Hurricane 0.3.8

Finally, the Hurricane version 0.3.8 is ready. With a new streaming service, Vkontakte (Grooveshark is also implemented, but there are some issues with CSCore (the audio engine)), come some minor design changes.

This update improves the download of tracks. Also, Hurricane behaves more like a windows program because the windows key works now and you can click the task bar icon.
