It uses Tensorflow 2.9.2 for reference. On earlier versions the load_img method doesnt work if you use it via tf, but will work if used by Keras.

About
Old project. Used the WIDER dataset, sampled down the images, and used that to train the Autoencoder. Used Numpy and Tensorflow primarily.
