Amethyst NPhysics backend version 0.1.1
This is the third update of the Amethyst NPhysics backend.
In this update got integrated the new APIs, to fetch contact events, exposed by amethyst_physics v0.1.1 and improved the storages code.

Add amethyst_nphysics = "0.1.1" to the cargo.toml file to use it.
