When #42 is done, it will be much harder to add big imported GLTF scenes to the renderer scene (e.g. the bistro scene) because there will be many many prefabs to choose from.

Add an option that will effectively add all prefabs imported from the GLTF as renderables to our scene. Test with Bistro.
