This is the First Stable Release of Metadata Remover tool .

For Linux Users -
Simply Extract MRT.zip
cd MRT
python3 MRT

For Windows Users -

  • Use Metadata Removal Tool v3.2.1.exe given below.
  • For Python version :-

step1: uncompress MRT.zip .

step2: keep exiftool.exe,ffmpeg.exe, in the same directory as MRT folder extracted from zip file in windows.

step3: run following command in command prompt / powershell
py MRT/
