v1.0.0 Long-awaited release!

Finally it happend!
There are new release for Operator

Major changes:

• Removed etcd params from storageClass
• Added failure domain tags for nodes
• Preparations for OSD rolling updates (without manual OSD recreations)
• Some bugfixes

v0.1.0 Initial release

It finally happens! Vitastor Operator is now available for use.
In this initial release there are working opeartor, that can handle basic operations for Vitastor fully inside k8s cluster.
In further releases it will become more and more handful!

Note: you need to tune your k8s' etcd cluster to use it for Vitastor or deploy a separate cluster by youself, tuning options is provided in README.md
