bulk ID change - use existing noid / confidence

I just did an identification update on 187 records:

https://arctos.database.museum/saved/Cryobius

and used the 'use existing agent... existing date... existing noid

2 Problems:

1. This tool needs updating to include 'use existing confidence'

2. the drop down menu for confidence has this strange option: "use_existing_noid"

which I thought might be an incorrectly named solution to problem #1 but it wasn't.

So now I have 187 records with IDs that lack values for ID confidence but should have them.

3. Scroll down to '....'

Dusty, Can you update those 187 IDs with the confidence of the prior IDs? There's a saved link in the bug report.
