About

WinTube is a fast and modern Youtube Downloader, programmed in C#. The goal was to create a modern youtube downloader which provides fast downloads of youtube videos in any resolution.

Changes

  • fixed a bug where the app crashed on start

  • fixed a bug where the settings didn't save/load and caused an app crash

  • fixed a bug where the browser page didn't work correctly

  • massive improved performance

  • updated to .NET 8 (newest)

  • updated to WinSDK 1.6 (newest)

  • updated the user-statistics system (the statistics can be turned off now)

  • updated the notifications

How to install WinTube

  • Unzip the .zip folder
  • Open WinTube.exe
