feat: implement AIP36 transaction types

Summary

• Remove Register/Update/Resign Business options from the 'Register' dropdown.
• Remove the 'Business' tab previously used for Bridgechain Registration.
• Update transaction labels to show the new transaction types.
• Old Business and Bridgechain Register/Update/Resign transaction labels need to be shown as '(Legacy)'. Example... Business Registration (Legacy).
