Windows Forms with Sound on .NET Core

This is the build of a self-contained .exe (125Mb) built on .NET Core 3.0 for Windows Forms x86.

It's hard-coded to just play Manic Miner so make sure you have access to a copy so you can play it under fair use policy. Keys are 'Q', 'W' and 'SPACE' to play. I'll try to get permission for redistribution direct from the Author once the emulator has progressed further. No public announcement on this until that's sorted.

It uses DirectSound for sound and DirectInput for joystick/game controller support.
