Bugfixes, new hooks, and /R codes support dereferencing

New hooks: ShinaRio 2.50+ (Nukitashi), JavaScript (V8 runtime: stuff like RPG maker MV and Tyranobuilder), MultiByteToWideChar (SJIS/UTF8/UTF16 conversion)
Bugfixes: attaching a process name auto attaches all processes with that name, memory searching is more robust, better repetition detection, process ids can be typed in as hex (0x prefix)

Beta release: may break easily.
You might have to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable before running NextHooker.
