You can change settings manually by changing NextHooker.ini
Extensions now get 64 bit ints instead of 32. THIS BREAKS OLD EXTENSIONS UNLESS YOU REBUILD THEM WITH UPDATED CODE

Beta release: may break easily.
You might have to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable before running NextHooker.
