Pectus Plus stands for the community-building power of e-commerce. This blog site is dedicated to foster education and collaboration across the medical industry.

Pectus Plus Blog attempts to:

  • Report and analyze published medical articles
  • Keep education and information accessible for the Pectus Excavatum community
  • Bring together doctors, patients, and their families in a shared pursuit of knowledge and well-being
  • Share material on weightlifting, breathing + stretching techniques

Pectus Plus Blog is a natural extension of Pectus Plus, offering a deeper level of engagement and expertise for our community.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these steps.

Prerequisites

Prior to proceeding, ensure that npm has been installed. Use the following to check npm version

npm --v

If it has not yet been installed, follow the appropriate steps to do so.

npm install npm@latest -g

Installation

  1. Clone the repo

    git clone https://github.com/Asalz20/pectusplus-blog.git
  2. Install NPM packages at root, web, and studio directory

    npm install
  3. In order to spin up your own sanity backend, head over to Sanity.io and follow their Getting started documentation.

  4. Run the following in the web directory to start the development server

   npm start
