Description

These release includes 2 changes compared to the previous one:

  • fix for Shiden client sync from genesis
  • burn extrinsic support for pallet-balances

Upgrade priority: LOW

HIGH only in the case operator wants to sync Shiden node from scratch. Already synced Shiden nodes don't need to take any action.
