End of VRCExtended

Hi,

I am sad to announce that VRCExtended is being abandoned. All mods that were available in VRCExtended will now be separate mods on the VRCModLoader. This repo will be archived for anyone in the future if they wish to take over, until then it is the end of VRCExtended.
Thank you all for the support you have given me and the project, as well as all the help and ideas you have given.
