This Plugin is Stable, it was tested on Ubuntu 16.04.05 (Elementary OS 0.4.1 Loki), OpenJDK 1.8.0 and Craftbukkit 1.8 [It was not tested but it should work on Minecraft 1.8 up to 1.12]
