Reporting Issues or Bugs on Telegram

Insider Issue Reports

If you are part of the Telegram Insider Group, please follow the procedure down below when reporting issues. This is necessary, otherwise we very likely cannot help you.

Steps

  1. Include a Screenshot of the Version section on the About Page
  2. Give a concise description of what steps/clicks/modifications you made from the beginning, until the issue occurs
  3. Describe what you see. How does that differ from what you expect?
  4. Open the AutoDarkMode service directory under AppData\Roaming. You can reach this folder by navigating there manually, or right-clicking on the Auto Dark Mode tray icon in your windows notification area.
  5. Include config.yaml and service.log with your report
  6. (Optional) Include Screenshots of the issue (if applicable)
