previous team didn't set up eslint properly
this should make them easier to update, and we can add the missing packages back whenever
visuals still not great, shows red tinge when hovering with file
mantine-forms is staying on version 4 for now because it would require a redesign of the entire form handling system

Be sure to run npm install --clean after this merges, some unused dependencies were removed and one new one was added to work with the new mantine version.
