Related to #94762

Proposed Changes

  • Change &:hover:not(:disabled) rule to include not([aria-disabled="true"]).

Why are these changes being made?

  • Disabled elements should be grayed out on hover.

Testing Instructions

  • Go to /sites
  • Click the gear icon
  • Check that when you hover over a property, disabled elements are grayed out. For example, the eye / hide icon.
