Modified pugbut so it could be included into something else

• Adjusted the compile so that it converts the generates into legacy syntax
• Committed a build because I couldn't get the package to generate it properly when including it into another package.
• Added the ability to enable a custom team size when calling the first 'add'
• Fixed so guilds can be added and removed without restarting bot.
• Fixed bot not responding to an approved channel unless it existed when the bot was launched
• Added invite command with proper permissions for bot
