Task : Certificate Generator In this task you have to develop a certificate generator console tool in any programming language of your interest.This tool will take a text file containing comma separated names of candidates as an argument and will generate certificates for different candidates in txt format . This tool will have following features: Tool will generate all certificates in txt format in the current directory. Tool should be easy to use.
Resources/Constraints: Sample certificate (You have to generate certificates filled by candidate names) Sample input(Your tool should be able to read files similar to this) You can’t use any third party packages, you have to use only inbuilt functions provided by the programming language.
