Manually adjust the borders

Is there a way to manually adjust/move the borders of a given state or province?

Yes, go to States or Provinces Editors (in Tools) and use paint brush to recolor area.

That seems to overlap the province borders. It doesn't stay within the borders of a particular province that way.

Maybe I am doing it wrong, though. I am looking for a quick and easy way to change the color of particular provinces, to visually denote conquest of them. I probably just don't have the hang of it, yet.

Under Tools - Provinces - Color Picker, is there no way to change all of the provinces of a given Kingdom/State to the same color, all at the same time.

Also, is there an option to have province labels displayed? Part of what makes it time-consuming (and hence, tedious) to change colors of particular provinces is not knowing which province is which, due to lack of labels. I may be just missing it, but I'm getting the hang of some of it.

Tools - Provinces - State

This approach of Tools - Provinces - State allows me to change the color of specific provinces (painting it without using the Paint option, so to speak).

Color can be changed manually for 1 province or automatically for all provinces within one state.
Province labels can be displayed (see button in Province Editor), but cannot be changed.
