Currently this is the oitavos demo instructions in the doc. We should package the spartan/oitavos/deploy-oitavos-team.sh into a single command runnable after aztec-up e.g. $AZTEC_IMAGE start --node --archiver --sequencer --bootstrap-from=<boot node URL>

Naming of bootstrap-from just a strawman, can be something better

Prover setup will need a bit more work, since agents, etc.

But this seems MVP for externals.

Also delete dead code.
