After the change to global.json to move to net8.0 we can no longer build net7.0 projects and we need to move them off 7 which is no longer supported.

@chidozieononiwu @praveenkuttappan are you aware of any issues with moving APIView to .NET 8? I had to make a couple small code changes to account for obsolete things in .NET 8. |
