What is the best method to report schema related issues for providers?

based on the docs the properties are correct

Also there is no specific issue or error shown in the ARM template.

However it appears validation is failing in Bicep.

Also on build I get errors related to the above warnings.

Issue #784 is where we are collecting everything for now. It's a bit of a nightmare atm, so we are planning to triage it and move them into individual issues in https://github.com/Azure/bicep-types-az. That repo will be better for tracking these sorts of issues.
