- Created a new template to use instead of the mongodb-ephemeral in the openshift namespace
- Updated lab instructions to use a deployment for mongob instead of a dc
- Deleted the 'workshop notes' file as this is largely incomplete and outdated, and notes can now be added directly under the powerpoint slides
