To the bare minimum functionality on the glossary add/edit term screen.

resolved via #44
@josieg to validate, you must edit a glossary term and not see the glossary buttons. On all other post types, we want to see the glossary buttons.

When I am adding a new glossary term, I can see the GL and Glossary buttons in the WYSYWYG. They disappear as soon as I click save.

When I edit a term, I do not see the GL and Glossary buttons.
