FAQ Errata Corrections

Adds the "Helicopter" rule to the Air Ambulance per the FAQ. Changes the
Heavy Sulphur Jet to Blast/2 against Infantry Armor 3 and 4, correcting
Grand'ma per the FAQ and bringing the Mikhail stats inline with the
card.
