Description: Imperial Militia with the Province of Arms of the Omnissiah are not able to exchange lasguns to lasrifles for no additional cost in the current release. I believe this was previously working and something has happened to revert the changes made months ago.

Fixed, option for Lasrifles wasn't revealing itself for some units due to a missing condition.

Looks like this either is not released or the fix didn't work for infantry and Levi

This is fixed but unreleased
