Fixed the following things:
Despoilers had the support squad as standard then hidden when they chose inductii, needed to be the other way around
Arcuitor Magisterium was missing the Independent Character category
Was AP3, shoulda been AP2
Was 2pts, shoulda been 5pts
Added option for the Orchestrator to take debased augments
