Paragon Bolters don't list Shred

Describe the bug
When looking at a unit with a paragon bolter (Tylos Rubio or Nathaniel Garro), the paragon bolter does not list shred as one of it's rules.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select either of the two named characters mentioned above.
2. View the unit
3. See error

Expected behavior
The Paragon Bolter should list that it has shred
