Several errors with Tylos Rubio

Describe the bug
Tylos Rubio's sword, Polaris, does not list any of it's special rules. And when viewing Tylos Rubio, you do not see the psychic powers and weapons for Divination and Telepathy.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Tylos Rubio
2. View him
3. See error

Expected behavior
Polaris should have the Rending (6+), Master-crafted, and Divine Guidance special rules. And Tylos Rubio should have all the psychic powers and weapons for Divination and Telepathy

• App being used to create lists: Battlescribe
• App version: v2.03.27
• Data release version v18.2.0
