Result file

The result file is the main file that shows the matrix result of the allele calling.
The file name is called result.tsv.
Inside of this file will have the matrix information where the rows contains the samples and the columns the core gene in the schema. It is a tabulate separated file with this heading.

This output file can be uploaded into phyloviz using the upload data frame option. The application will display the minimun spaning tree.
