A lot of cosmetic changes from the feedback from Identity Providers and Service Providers, thanks!
Significant changes:
- Added string lengths where applicable and needed in /ros request
- Removed "claims" from /auth request.
- Removed "sid" from /back-channel/logout
- "alg" and "x5c" are not mandatory, since a lot of users use EC in JWK
- Removed "loa2" acr, it is unsupported for a long time
- Removed /session-iframe, never supported it
- Set as deprecated "document_uri" in /ros endpoint
- Set "outdated_subs" as deprecated, will be removed next year
