Yeah because the guy that originally wrote this really messed up and was using an ancient version of Maven we have to work on a ton of things.
To get it all started, run setup.sh in _spigot to setup the tools to get
all the CraftBukkit dependencies installed in your local repo and get everybody
to like you. Once that's done you can just do a normal mvn install.
