About The Pull Request
This PR does the following:
Fixes #2584
It also removes a few wires in some places that weren't connected to anything, it adds a few pipes that were missing and also connects the disconnected wire in the engineering lobby that lead into maintenance.
Why It's Good For The Game
Makes the Galactica have some areas connected with pipes and wires again.

Removed two wires here that weren't connected to anything.
Rerouted the pipes here so it fixes Issue #2584
There was a pipe missing under this door in the gym, added it.

tweak: Rerouted the piping network in the assault course a bit so it resolves the issue raised about them missing when they were actually going through the window instead.
del: Removed some wiring that didn't do anything.
fix: Engineering Lobby now has the wiring coming from maintenance actually hooked up to the grid rather than ending a tile early.
