XMrigCC 1.3.2 with CCServer, client daemon and optimized xmrig 2.4.3

• Added start xmrigDaemon without config file and only CCServer/auth token as params needed #14
• Dashboard now uses servertime for calculation to avoid clock drifts and false offline detection
• Finally fixed freebsd build
• Static Linux GCC7 x64/32 works now also on old linux with glibc 2.14 and above

If you're getting .dll errors make sure that you have installed VC++ Redistributable:

Or just Download the -gcc- build below. It is completly without dependencies.
