Build 2.0

• Encodings should pose no problem anymore in the get() function.
• The get() function will just print the content from now on for all ID3 versions.
• New getImage() function for ID3v2 that returns a char pointer pointing to image's raw data is now available.
• Updated README.md with all of the new changes.
