  1. reimplements ARM ABI specification 

    - tweaks the arm-family hierarchy
- uses the new C.Type predicates in arm-gnueabi
- reimplements aapcs32
- reimplements aapcs64
- fixes the arm targets hierarcy, aarch64 <: aarch32
- generalizes the aarch64 instruction semantics context
- generalizes arm and thumb constraints
- updates libc_inits according to the new ABI names
