What does it mean for work to be shaped in the context of Bixal Methods?

• Addresses a specific problem or opportunity.
• Outlines a general approach, but not necessarily a fully-formed solution.
• Takes into account the cycle timeframe and is achievable in that time.

What happens after work is shaped?

• Discuss as a team to determine the priority.
• Product Owner gives the green light or defers.
• Work is set for next cycle milestone.
• Issue log is cleared out. (This is so we can start each cycle with a fresh perspective and not feel like we're burdened with considering every possible idea that has been posed previously.)

Acceptance criteria

• Create milestone with mix of learn, make, and tech items.
• Create draft release.
• Issue Log cleared.
