Phone changes
- Added refresh button to notification

Wearable changes
- Add refresh button to clients screen
- Complication can now display when the service status is off or errors have occured
- Added screen to turn on the service
- Added screen to show previous error
Make sure to update both phone and watch apps since they are not compatible with older verions respectively
