should solve #12 too

  • update metabolism manager to be more robust for the new CI
  • improce the CLI so that it reports the full error stack when it fails
  • test the new CI and adapt it to our needs
  • add the new circuit as the new CI
  • switch default
  • add stats to check if the CI is really smaller
  • remove bluepysnap dependency
  • re-enable steps integration tests
  • blocked by proj66 issues and metypes in an archived folder. I will revisit this after make pytests run locally #10 and make integration tests run locally #11 are solved
