Only enable one SD Card library by deault

Initial release

Tested with Arduino Mega and 3.2" HX8357B display. Code for the HX8357C chip is present and tested.

This library will also work if the shield is fitted with an ILI9481, in this case enable the HX8357B and the MIRROR options in User_Setup.
