vBrawl Netplay V3

Changes from vanilla Brawl in the v3.0 build:

• No tripping!
• Removal of random input lag
• Game start on character select screen
• Skip results screen (to view results, hold X during GAME! at the end of a match)
• Salty runback code input (Hold L+R+Y during GAME! at the end of a match)
• Japanese character tags
• Customizable controls on character select screen (hold Y on the name tag that you’d like to make controls for, and press B to back out)
• Decay in training mode
• Frozen Pokémon Stadium 2, WarioWare Inc, PictoChat
• Random Select Stages are defaulted to Final Destination, Battlefield, Smashville, Yoshi’s Island, and Pokémon Stadium 2
• Other default settings: 3 Stocks, 8 minute timer, Pause: OFF, Team attack: ON
