Fixes #1846

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Grab some check constraint info, alert if the definition looks like a scalar valued function

How to test this code:

  • Create scalar udf, create check constraint based on it

Has been tested on (remove any that don't apply):

  • Case-sensitive SQL Server instance
  • SQL Server 2016
  • SQL Server 2017
