Minor bug fixes for the 3.0 release (ie bugs in 3.0.2 are fixed in this 3.0.3 release). In particular:

  • Missing country flags on the options dialog are now present, and all flags are now rectangular rather than square
  • The software now checks whether you are running the latest version and, if not, prompts you to download it. (Previously this logic was present but broken.)
  • Improved the logic and logging of where the software looks for its resources (default database file, sound files for timer, etc)

Linux

For Linux users, note that the brewtarget-3.0.3_1-1.x86_64.rpm & brewtarget_3.0.3-1_amd64.deb packages were built on Ubuntu 20.04 and the brewtarget-3.0.3_2-1.x86_64.rpm & brewtarget_3.0.3-2_amd64.deb ones were built on Ubuntu 22.04. Hopefully one or other should install on your system, but please open a new issue here on GitHub if you hit problems.
