CAP LTER informatics documentation

This repository features materials concerning the documentation of CAP informatics. Specifically, documentation regarding the project Data Management Plan (DMP), currently for both CAP IV and V, and the mid-term review in the fall of 2020 are included. The download_statistics/ directory includes tools and resources for quantifying accesses and downloads of CAP datasets in the EDI - statistics from these assessments were incorporated into the 2020 mid-term review.
