So this is just a hotfix for CBA? And we are still waiting on hotfix for Alive? Thank you :-)

Yes. This commit is part of a two-commit hotfix for CBA 3.6.0 that should remove the issues caused by ALiVE and possibly other mods linking to an unneeded file we removed. Hopefully this should give ALiVE and other mods some time to release of permanent fix on their own.
