When merged this pull request will:

Arma 3 has the debug console and diag_codePerformance https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/diag_codePerformance
both of these are better at their job and even have a UI
diag_codePerformance takes the same arguments as CBA_fnc_benchmarkFunction
I though about deprecating it, but since this is a function that is by it's nature only ever called by hand during debugging, we might as well remove it entirely.


          remove 'CBA_fnc_benchmarkFunction'
