When merged this pull request will:

close Settings: Error when exporting a single change without clicking Ok in Addons Options Menu #848
by sanitizing boolean priority to number priority
fix a bug where global settings would not show up, because it thought their default priority was 1, while it is still 0 for the mission source; which requires:
change macro weirdness to make it work with non-variables (constants and expressions)


          fix export dialog script error
